How are patient consults scheduled?

AVAJ Aesthetics will either utilize your current online scheduling tool or will create a shared online calendar to ensure consults are worked appropriately into your schedule.

How are my social media leads transferred to AVAJ Aesthetics?

Our IT department will set up a program with either your in-house or outsourced marketing team to ensure nightly uploads of leads are delivered to your AVAJ Aesthetics call center representatives for immediate 24-hr follow-up.

How quickly does it take to get started using the AVAJ Aesthetics call center team?

To ensure a successful launch of the program, 5-days will be needed for project initiation. We will set up virtual presentations with office staff to understand procedures, products & pricing being offered.
